This is such a newbie question but I'm going out of my mind, ya'll
Hang in there. I would have been just as inpatient if my orginal target date was not over that holiday break so I wouldn't have to miss work. In the meantime, keep that brain busy with starting to adjust your eating patterns (higher protein, green leafy veggies, no crappy carbs) and do what you can exercise wise. You day will be here before you know it.
