Scale victory! I'm down about 50 lbs since surgery and 70 since I started the process. I say "about" because my weigh-in today was naked, on my home scale, and before I'd had anything to eat or drink. Maybe add a couple lbs for clothes, scale change, etc. But yay! I fit into size 16 jeans comfortably, size XL clothes (and L scrubs at work), I'm running on the treadmill every other day, and my life has completely changed. Sure, my weight loss is slow. I've lost only 1 lb in the last two weeks. Still, I'm amazed! 70 lbs! That's the weight of a good-sized Labrador!
Hope you are all having a fabulous January, too!

Congratulations! And your weight loss is NOT slow! When was the last time you lost 50 pounds in 5.5 months???!
And 70lbs altogether is nothing to sneeze about! You are doing a fantastic job!
