I haven't binge eat over a week and the scale rewarded me today, from going 176.4 to 168.2. The sweets arent calling out to me at the store, hopefully it will last.
Currently drinking coffee and water.

S Greek yogurt new flavor lemon meringues hopefully i like it, turkey sausage snack sticks and cutie orange

Weird morning - school was delayed due to road conditions and then my class was cancelled all together. But I ran errands and I'm getting ready to head out for lunch with a friend. Woo!

Yesterday was a big meal prep day - including using my electric pressure cooker to do a buttercup squash (kind of like butternut squash) - so fast and easy and I didn't have to deal with the pain of peeling one to cube and roast it! Put it on the trivet whole with a cup of water, pressure for 8 minutes and natural release. Knife went through it like butter.
Breakfast: dannon light and fit greek in key lime
Lunch: eggface's turkey squash casserole
Dinner: eggface's lazy chili rellano casserole (see a theme here? lol both used up some turkey breast I had hanging out in the freezer (and one used that buttercup squash that had been hanging out on my counter for way too long) but completely different flavor profiles)
Snack: not sure yet, either a couple pork rinds or a piece of cheese
Lunch and dinner will be the same for the rest of the week. Breakfast will be various yogurts or some crustless mini quiches (i have a well stocked variety of these in the freezer!)
Vites - good
Fluids - on my way - did terrible on this last week and suffered the effects (read major bout of constipation over the weekend)
Exercise - not sure today, have a ton of errands to do after work and it's gonna be a late work day.
