99% of the time, no. My plan is very specific about 3 meals a day, no snacks. I have a high level of activity and I've never felt the need for snacks, so this has worked for me.

In the beginning, like when I was still on pureed foods, I did need to eat more often because it was the only way to get my protein in with the portions, but once I hit my "forever diet," I've been able to meet my protein goals with no trouble in 3 meals.

Dinner: Chicken fajitas (just eating the chicken and some cheese)
HW: 287 SW: 260 DOS: 244 CW: 197.0 GW: 150-ish?
It snowed for like 5 mins yesterday, but it was pretty while it lasted..still chilly though.

Vitamins done, water in progress and on track!
Ate perfectly yesterday and today and gained a pound and a quarter. Hoping that, because I have been hiking a lot, that it's jus****er weight and will disappear soon.
B: ½ Premier Protein banana shake
B #2: Egg whites with peppers, mushrooms and cheese. ½ avocado and small amount of mixed berries
L: 2 ounces of ham with 1 string cheese
D: 4 ounces pork roast, with sour cream and brussel sprouts
Snacks: L and F Greek yogurt with 2 T. TVP (textured vegetable protein)
Exercise: 14,000 steps
Water: right on
Vites: right on
82 grams protein: 49 carbs
5' 5" tall. VSG on August 4, 2015/ Starting weight 239.9/ Surgery weight 210.9/ Current weight 137.4/ Goal weight 140/ No longer overweight, now a NORMAL weight. Now that I'm at goal, it's time to move on to maintenance!!!!!!!!
