Whatcha eating today? Sunday, 1/8/2017
I knew when I went to bed last night that I wouldn't be running early this morning due to yesterday's snow, so I didn't set my alarm! Still woke up at 7am. Grumble. I'm not sure if I'll be safe to run today. It's 13 feels like 4 outside and we're being advised to stay inside. The roads might be fine, but there also might be ice. So.. we'll see.
1: protein shake
2: sardine salad
3: slow cooker cassoulet
liquid and vites: on track
exercise: running and yoga stretching, or just yoga
How about you?

Yes, We are digging out from the snow today. I'm doing better both mood-wise and eating-wise. So I'm happy on that account.
Breakfast - salmon
Lunch - finish off the orange chicken from a few days ago
Dinner - finish off the egg-roll stuffing bowl also from a few days ago.
I'm going to make a chicken salad in spicy peanut sauce served over spiralized cucmbers either today or tomorrow. Yum
Happy Sunday, everyone!

Barely slept for 2 days because of dumb sickness, ugh.
Meal 1: coffee
Meal 2: small sandwich (low carb)
Meal 3: a weird...bean...tuna thing. Chopepd up a bunch of tuna and mixed it w/1 cup of beans left over. Normally I never eat beans, however I found some in the freezer from several months ago. I'll probably only eat a few tablespoons at most and focus on the tuna.
Once upon a time I made this recipe -- https://www.mangeratrois.net/index.php/recipes/salads-and-dr essings/1445-lemony-white-bean-tuna-and-arugula-salad
SOOO GOOD.

I tend to not like braised greens and I went through a many year period pre-op when my body decided it would no longer tolerate greens at all. Sigh. :( I'm glad that this has changed post-op!
