Any Sleevers with Horizon Nj Health?

Hello! I am considering vsg through my insurance Horizon NJ Health. I would love to hear other sleevers vsg experience with Horizon. Thanks in advance ?

I have BCBS Horizon of NJ. I had a really really good experience with them. All I needed for approval was and endoscopy, 2 nutritional visits and a psych evaluation. I had surgery exactly 4 weeks from my first consult and that's only because I didn't scheduled everything right away. They approved my surgery 3 days after my info was submitted. You should call them and ask what your requirements are.

Do you have BCBS Direct 10? Your process sounds pretty similar to the one I'm going through now.

Every insurance plan is different, and someone else who has Horizon NJ Health may have different coverage--and a different experience-- than you.
