I have this mini notebook I'll start writing down what I eat again. Ya see, I mainly eat only special protein food ordered on bariatric pal or Nausha Nutrition. I'm finally no longer lactose intolerant so I try and get a Priemier protein drink in.

I'm 5 feet 3/ 4. Would like to get down to 155 the way I was for about 7 years when I had the lap-band. ...I have heard a lot the stomach can stretch and in 5 yrs might have to get this done again.

Why are you mainly eating special protein foods and  not homemade protein forward meals?

Stop eating processed food. Start eating dense protein. You won't eat processed special protein for the rest of your life, and you want to be focusing on permanent changes.

Ditch the mini notebook. Get a 12 dollar kitchen scale and a MyFitnessPal account. Log every bite.

Your stomach will absolutely, positively be bigger in 6 montgs than it is right now. Every single last one of us has gone through that. STOP yhinking that you will need another surgery in 5 years. There is no need for it, whatsoever. Make permanent eating changes. That's the only way you will be succsessful long term.

I think it is great that you lost 20 lbs in the first two weeks! However, I do think the reason you have not seen further weight loss is because you were not that "heavy," to start with. From my research, the more you weigh, the more or faster you lose. I'm not sure what your goal weight is, but let's say for example its 130 lbs. You are only 45 lbs from goal and it has only been 2 months since you had your surgery. If you are following your doctor's recommendations, I am confident that the lbs will come off and you will reach your goal weight before the conclusion of 2017. I look forward to reading your future success stories :-)
