And I'm back.  Getting ready to head out for my first run of the year before another movie catch up day in the theater.

I'm off to a party today if I can get my hubby into the car with his bad knee.  So it probably won't be a good diet day.

Dinner - ham and cauliflower casserole or chicken and broccoli casserole

I'm feeling super crummy today.  :(  Gonna take it easy.

Eating clean and sticking to things - hopefully!

Meal #1: coffee!  

Meal #2: chicken salad

Meal #3: 4oz ground beef, 1oz black soybeans.

I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!

I totally forgot about yesterday!  I spent the day watching movies with my mom and dad.

 

AM: Luscious Coffee (is there anything else better in the world??) + ON white chocolate protein

B: L&F Greek Yogurt

L: 1 slice thin crust Chicken Cordon Bleu pizza (-ham+bacon)

D: quinoa w/String cheese and a fuji Apple
