Good morning, everyone!  I had a "slap fest" with my scale this morning....up 2 lbs from yesterday.  What gives????   For now, I've decided I didn't get enough water in yesterday and probably had too much sodium, since I didn't go over 750 calories or 40 grams of carbs.  Any thoughts or suggestions would be much appreciated!

Alas, today is a new day!

B: 1/3 c. 1% cottage cheese, 1/3 c. low sugar trop fruit salad, mixed

S: Kraft part skim Polly-O twist string cheese

L: 3 oz pot roast, 2 oz mixed veggies

D: 3 oz lean ground beef, crumbled, slice of American cheese, 1/4 c. twice baked cauliflower

Vitamins, supplements and going to make 8 c. of water today, even if i****er logs me!  :)

found the recipe online by googling twice baked cauliflower.  http://www.kalynskitchen.com/2006/09/twice-baked-cauliflower -recipe.html  Pretty yummy stuff!  Had it for Christmas day dinner and many leftovers for me to have side dishes with my protein at dinner.

Good morning everyone.  I forgot my lunch at home today.  Grr.  I think I might head home early and just have my yogurt at lunch time - or my hubby might bring it to me or I'll just go to Marianos. Arg.

I took off work today which is bad food wise because I get bored...but I'm going to try and keep a 3 hr eating schedule.

8am: Cutie; coffee

11am: Premier Protein

2pm: Quiche

5pm:  ??

Same for me.  Bored leads me to the kitchen.  I've been finding myself doing all sorts of weird artsy things at night to keep me occupied but also mellow.

Woke up feelin' sick! Like the rest of the people I know! Grrr.

D Spiral ham left over, soooo good.

Snacks, I had a tiny Hershey kiss. Blah. Not sure what other snacks are aside from a few pieces of pepperoni, Not feeling so hot makes me not want food.

Liquids, slacking because my throat feels like its on fire, but I have to step it up.
