Hi menu gang,

I've been back from my trip for a few days but was tired and had Christmas with my family on Wednesday. 

B egg whites with spinach,  colored pepper, ham and cheese omelet and string cheese.

L lunch meat and cheese and baby carrots 

D ham and corn

S greek yogurt and turkey sausage snack sticks

We made it home last night.  The end of our trip had a bit more drama than we would have liked but overall the medical treatment my had was great and that is what is most important.  

B - Chike 

S - coffee

L - chicken salad

S - yogurt 

D - salmon and broccoli and sweet potato

S - cottage cheese and berries

E - crossfit - cleans and snatches

L - salad with 2 oz of tuna and low cal vinegarette 

S - protein shake

D - leftover pork roast with mushrooms and green beans

W - ran errands this morning and need to catch up

V - done

E - walked this morning then ran errands almost have 10,000 steps already

Hi all,

Breakfast - salmon

lunch - cheeseburger pie

dinner - pulled pork and mixed veggies

snack - almonds - I've been so busy the past few days that I've been skipping snack.  So we'll see.
