6 month update!! Down 65 pounds!! With all the holiday goodies I have been eating way too much!! And snacking between meals. I am trying to stick to just protein until Christmas Day. Maybe that will make up for the staff Christmas Meal and leftovers the rest of this week. Ha Ha !!I feel really good with the weight that has come off. Only a few more pound to go. Then comes trying to maintain it!! Merry Christmas to everyone !!
