I can honestly say (after 18 months) that I've never once regretted this decision. I only wish I'd done it earlier. My life is so vastly much better, 80 pounds lighter. And only 18 pounds left to go!!

I've been fat, and I've been thin - and thin is better.

I am glad you posted! You are beautiful in both pics but how thrilling that you are running on a treadmill -- love it!

Wow; over 100 Ibs in 6 months! That is mind blowingly great! Congratulations; you look amazing!

It's so nice to read motivational posts like this one. I'm still presurgery and won't know if I'll get an RNY or Sleeve until I wake up post surgery on Feb. 1st, lol.
