I'm not sure how on the ball I'll be with getting these posts started this week - between kidney stone pain and getting ready for holiday travel, I'm not feeling it!  I ate like crap yesterday, but today is better and I'm feeling more motivated.

1: protein shake
2: leftover bon chon chicken
3: teriyaki chickencauliflower with sesame seeds, rice for the guys

liquid and vites: on track - all the liquids to try to get this stone to leave my body!
exercise: rest

How about you?

Weekends are a bust for me with coming on here. I don't like the website on my phone, and half the time I forget. Today is a 10hr day and a million things to do. Christmas time is my favorite but stresses me out. Now that my mom's back is super worse than norm, she needs help. We host Christmas eve at my parents so, its crunch time. If only I didn't HAVE to work job2. Oomph.

B 1/2 shake in decaf coffee

S 1tbsp mixed nuts

L left over shepherds pie w/ hot sauce, hard boiled egg

S if needed 1/2 greek yogurt with berries

D the last of the left over zoodles, lite cream sauce with chicken, sundried tomatoes, & artichokes

Liquids on track

Exercise just doesn't exist, still.

I'm still on plan.  Life is not easy these days... but I'm doing my best to stay on track.

Breakfast - salmon

lunch - cheeseburger pie

dinner - Dijon lime chicken - still finishing this off...

snack - almonds

Hope you are all doing ok.

Well my husband and I are on the plane heading to San Diego.  We are getting picked up and taken to Tijuana for tests tonight and his VSG tomorrow!  Exciting.  We had a bit of a hiccup this morning.  Our plane had bad brakes for after 1.5 hours of sitting on the plane, they decided to swap us out.  We are in the air now, so hopefully the rest of the trip should drama free.

My food this week will be tough.  I'm trying to not eat in front of my hubby as he is on clear liquids and we all remember how hard that was.

B - coffee / 1/2 breakfast sandwich

L - 1/2 breakfast sandwich

D - ?

E - ? not sure - I might have time before the testing tonight

Please send good thoughts -- I hope everything goes smoothly tomorrow!

I hope that you feel better soon, Gwen!

I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!
