When I started to run yesterday after my warm up walking, it became quickly apparent that the lower back pain I've been feeling the last few days is a kidney stone.  FML.  It's on the move, so hopefully I can inspire it to pass today.

1: protein shake
2: whatever crap I want

liquid and vites: on track and then some - all the liquids
exercise: nope nope nope

How about you?

Hope it passes soon Gwen!

B: Unjury chocolate splendor in milk warmed up like hot chocolate

L: cream of mushroom soup thinned with milk and strained

D: Christmas pageant at church tonight, so I will take a rtd premier shake with me and sip on it.

Tomorrow's menu will probably be the same, since I can only eat a tiny amount at the time and have plenty leftovers.

Ow.  I hope the kidney stone passes with minimal pain.  I've never had one, but I've heard stories, and it doesn't sound like much fun!

I'm still hanging in there on my diet.  Slow but sure wins the race....

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch - cheeseburger pie - yum.

Dinner - finish off the ham an green bean casserole

snack - almonds...

My hubby fell on some blac**** yesterday and damaged his knee.  So we spent the day in the ambulance and then in the ER yesterday.  They stabilized the leg so he can walk with a walker, but he will need surgery early next week.  I don't know yet how long he will be needing regular attention. But right now he needs a lot of support.  I'm glad to be here to help, but its a different way of life from my usual free and easy style.

As I always say, "This too shall pass."
