If you are thinking that a slower weight loss will minimize loose skin, it won't. Lose it as quickly as possible. We can eat more the further out we get and that makes things more difficult. Plus for many of us, our hunger increases as time goes by.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!   Keep up the great work!

I can hardly wait to lose the next 13 lbs and be in onederland.  It's been a long time.

Congrats on being in onederland! I wouldn't try to slow down weight loss, it will slow of it's own accord. Just get the weight off and learn the balance of maintenance. That's the part that will be the hardest for me. I'm just 3 weeks out and have lost 25 lbs since the liquid diet 5 days before surgery. I'm hoping for quickest weight loss possible! lol
