I just had my surgery on 11/22 n went with the sleeve and following the stage 3 bur looking for help I use premier protien but can get bout two down in a day I sip water as much as I can n do plain greek yogurt with a scoop of protien powder n also sugar free jello n pudding. I can never tell if I'm full at all still but I'm scared to keep in taking but spacing out everything during the day... im so new to this I need hrlp. advice suggestions .  Aslo I' of caribean decent n I know u can drink soup broth . would drinking homemade chicken soup broth hurt my stomach .  scared

Sounds like you are doing great. The main thing is to keep your liquids up and stay hydrated.

Homemade chicken broth is actually really good as you heal. Keep taking things slow and sip, sip, sip. Trust me you will know if you go too far and you won't want to repeat it.

Why are you scared?  

Drinking broth should be totally fine :)

Verse it being clear broth from can or Swanson . . homemade soup n just drink the broth out of it wasn't sure that would be too heavy ..

Nope, broth is broth.  The homemade stuff is probably significantly more tasty! :D  In my liquid phase one of my favorite things was strained panera french onion soup.  Yum.  The homemade stuff is probably better anyway since you can control the sodium and additives.
