Morning - oatmeal, bacon and a latte

Afternoon - Jason's Deli Nutty Mix Up salad, light portion

Evening - tuna and some yogurt

Exercise and vites - done

I'm sitting in my recliner, under an electric blanket... Just got the feeling back in my fingers. I don't know why I get so cold my fingers and toes go numb... I mean I live in alabama it's not THAT cold here...

b - protein bar, decaf coffee

L - 2 oz grill pork chop, salad with homemade ranch dressing

D - dry beans and sausage for the family, I'll have the grilled pork again.

S - bar, pudding (as needed) 

water, behind again! 

Vites, nope, I'll take them now

exercise - does major grocery shopping for thanksgiving and the whole month count? I swear I crossed Walmart at least 3 times!

L: homemade salad-grilled chicken, spring mix salad, shredded cheese, cherry tomatoes, low calorie caesar dressing

D: shrimp, sauce, sf pudding

S: kiwi, turkey pepperettes, americano on ice (soy milk + SF vanilla)

B: 2 eggs scrambled with a little cheese on top, coffee

s: 3 ounces thin sliced deli ham with whipped cream cheese rolled up

L: 2 ounces roasted turkey, 1 hard boiled egg

S: pork rinds 

D: 5 bean soup topped with sour cream 

S: protein shake if needed

water: working on it

Vits: done

exercise: 25 min walk on my lunch break, 28 mins on the elliptical and lower body weight lifting.
