It's Tuesday and I am full of thoughts. It's also really cold outside and I need to go run. I forget how to dress for winter every time it comes around. Here's hoping I've chosen wisely!

2: leftover frittata - I didn't get to eat this for dinner last night since I wasn't hungry before I left for my meeting and ended up needing to eat before I got home, so it was a protein bar night

Good morning, All.
I'm doing better on my diet. I cut out one meal a day, started walking a little more (still not enough) and cut down on the wine I'm drinking in the evening. It'll be a slow process, but I should start losing weight again with these changes.
Breakfast - salmon
Lunch - chicken with pesto sauce and cheese
dinner - egg roll stuffing bowl - wonderful recipe - like egg rolls without the roll - its mostly veggies - green cabbage, bok choy, mushrooms and carrots cooked but still crispy with ground pork. Seasoned with onion, garlic, ginger, rice wine and soy sauce. yum. I love my new cook book.
snack - almonds
I'm food shopping for thanksgiving today. It should be fun.

Sucky, sucky day. I'm developing a case of laryngitis, which always saps my energy and takes forever to clear up. This is the kind of day where I want to chuck my food plan out the window and eat whatever feels soothing. In other words, this is the kind of self-pitying day when I must be extra careful to stick to the plan. I have good nutritious food in the fridge. No excuses if I slip up.
- Coffee w/cashew milk
- Scrambled egg, ratatouille
- TBD (this is the dangerous meal. I don't feel well enough to cook. I feel like eating pizza. A lot of pizza.
)
- Snack: Clementines
W&V: On track. Vitamin patches in the mail.
E: Coughing. Sucky, sucky day.

Wish I could say that I was, but I just had 1/4 of a Tombstone Supreme. And the worst part is that it didn't make me feel any better (except while I was eating it). The rest of the pizza is in the garbage. It could have been worse.

My cold came back with a vengeance yesterday. Hopefully I can get over it before Thursday. My dad has copd and i don't want him to get it.
