B 1 egg with asparagus

L grilled Mediterranean chicken salad from a place around the corner THE BEST SALADS EVER

D probably left overs, ill avoid the food court tonight after job2. Going with my bff and 2 God Daughters to see a movie, they'll do food court for dinner. Ill have my salad. And just sniff the popcorn.

S prob none, or cheese stick. I only brought 1 today since the salads are ginormous

  3. Parmesan chicken, green beans w/shallots, cucumber-ginger salad
  4. Snack: Clementines

W&V: On track

E: Grocery shopped in an unfamiliar store. I walked around it for almost 2 hours. I guess that counts for something.

Afternoon - lamb gyro salad

Evening - Think I'm going to boil an egg or two.  Feeling very unmotivated about cooking.

Had surgeons labs done today.. 7 vials of blood!!! Really? The lab tech was like, does he want to leave any blood in your body? LOL

B- protein bar, decaf coffee

L- 2 oz chicken, salad

D - shrimp and asparagus 

S - bar, pudding

exercise - nope my schedule is all off this week

water and vites - on schedule

+ Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein

AM snack: red grapefruit

L: 111g ribeye

D: L&F Greek yogurt, Chocolate Mint protein bar

D - 2 oz grilled chicken breast, broccoli and a couple grapes

V - done

E - walked this morning and have been running around all evening(have over 10,000 steps)
