Morning - bacon, greek yogurt, and a latte

Afternoon - 3 chicken wings

Evening - who knows.  Probably some egg or tuna salad.

Exercise - taking the day off

I totally forgot my lunch again because I am fabulously smart!  Hopefully my kitchen counter will enjoy it....

Meal #1: 1/2 a popeyes chicken tenders meal - they make them unbreaded!  So very few carbs and calories.  They also make green beans.  Who knew?

Meal #2: 2nd half of meal 1.

Meal #3: last of my low carb Panda Express mushroom chicken ripoff.

I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!

I didnt know they had unbreaded tenders. I know what my weekend meal is going to be. YUM! Love popeyes

They do!  They're blackened.  I had no idea, either.  They were not too bad.

B: 2 hard boiled eggs, coffee

S: 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese

L: 3 ounces fat free refried beans, with 1 teaspoon of light sour cream and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese

S: 2 slices of thin slice deli ham with whipped cream cheese. 1/4 cup of cashews and 6 cheese cubes for pre workout protein

D: 5 bean soup. 

Water: working on it 

Vits: done

Exercise: walked for 25 mins on my lunch break and hitting the elliptical for 30 mins at the gym later along with some upper. Indy lifting.
