Happy Wednesday everyone.  I hope this week is going well for you so far!  I have my follow up with the cardiologist today about my persistent orthostatic hypertension issue.  Hopefully he will have answers for me!

1: protein shake
2: quest bar (I'll be out and about at lunchtime.)
3: Chicken with Mustard Mascarpone Marsala Sauce, asparagus, egg noodles for the guys

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: going to pilates class as soon as I post this!

Woke up nauseous and dry mouthed, so I'm guessing I've been slacking on the fluids without realizing it. 

B - protein bar, pumpkin spice coffee

L - boneless skinless chicken thigh, salad

D - tilapia, asparagus sprinkled with cheese

S-  protein bar, protein pudding

estimated calories today -890

water- pushing fluids

exercise- if I get to feeling better

vites - on schedule

Hi All,

I'm cooking today.  I made salmon and pulled pork yesterday, and today I'll make cheeseburger pie and pizza casserole.  I still have a couple chicken dishes in the refrig, so this should hold us for a while.

Breakfast - salmon

lunch - chicken with sun-dried tomatoes

dinner - pulled pork or the pizza casserole, if I get it done today.

snack - finish off some crack slaw from last week.

Good morning!  Here's to another good day. My weight has been hanging out in one place for the past three days, so I think I may need a little shake up...

L: 51g chicken breast and 98g Birdseye steamed lightly seasoned Asian Veggies

D: Caesar salad with 60g ribeye

(gotta finish off the salads b4 they go bad)

Happy Wednesday! I'm exhausted today. I'm wondering if my iron is low, because I'm. I'm not getting any less sleep. I've done pretty well staying on track the last 2 days. I need to stay the course!

B: jerky and cheese (this is a good thing to eat while I'm driving to work since I have a whole hour)

L: turkey and mashed potatoes and gravy (I'll only eat a few bites of potatoes)

S: sausage and a scrambled egg (I'm cooking with my student today)

D: I'm not sure. Going to a meeting where dinner is served

Hi gang,

I was sick as a dog yesterday but I'm doing better today.  I barely got my 64 oz of water yesterday and i could tell this morning i didnt drink my usual quantity.  Im doing better today. 

B eggbeaters ham and cheese omelet and string cheese 

L cheeseburger 

D chicken breast and spinach 

S Greek yogurt,  turkey sausage snack sticks and apple 

W & V on track

E not today. I did walk at sams club and hauling all my groceries upstairs.

A little worried about today. It is our Thanksgiving luncheon at work.

B- 1/2 boiled egg

S- Protein shake

L- 1/2 slice ham, 1/2 deviled egg, bite of dessert

S- Protein shake

D-chopped steak (no bread or gravy on mine)

  3. TBD (probably homemade minestrone w/scrambled eggs)

B: 1/2 cup Greek plain yogurt, coffee

S: 3 slices think sliced deli ham with whipped cream cheese

L: 1 hard boiled egg with 1 hard boiled extra egg yoke, mixed with a tablespoon of light mayo

S: 6 cheese cubes and 1/4 cup cashews 

D: Mexican beef n bean casserole 

might have a protein shake if needed

vits: everything but iron today

water: lacking, but still working on it

exercise: rest day
