Small Victory
I've been diligently keeping track of my food since the 25th, back on the board and plan since the 15th. Today I hit 222.7. I was lower earlier in the year on a 'medicalliy supervised' diet with HCG/Resivestirol tabs and shots and 600-800 cal/day starvation (218.3 was my low). I wasn't able to exercise due to the low cal diet. Now I am continuing my exercise. For the past week, I have been hovering between 226 & 224. I was so happy to see 222 this morning! I'm tickled!
