By exercise I mean walk.  I get up and walk around the block as often as I can (it's 1/3rd mile).

Congrats on the scale drop glen!

I've had another fun filled day of taking dad to radiation.

But I did get to run by the high school and see my jr rotc kiddo, in formation, for the  Marine Corp birthday. Got to see their flag ceremony and cake ceremony. Which is nice, the oldest cadet gives the first piece of cake to the youngest cadet :)

D - egg roll in a bowl, probably last piece of grilled chicken, family is having speghetti

Congrats, Gwen!  That's awesome :D

Meal #1: protein thingy

Meal #2: 1/2 culvers bunless mushroom burger single, plus 1/2 order green beans

Meal #3: same as meal #2

Meal #4: left over LC chili?  Maybe just a tuna packet.

Vitamins all done but the calcium doses, and everything else on track.

I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!
