Excellent - You are off to a great start. I remember getting under 300 pounds for the first time in a decade, and how wonderful it was. I started at 385 pounds, and I remember thinking if I just got under 300 pounds, I'd be happy I never thought I'd get below 200 pounds, never mind to a normal weight.
But here I am 3.5 years post op and maintaining at 160 pounds and a BMI of 24. Its amazing, and with your success so far, I anticipate you will have a similar success
best wishes,
Carol

Thank you so much! I haven't seen the 200's in probably 10 years or longer and I already feel so much different. I cannot begin to imagine what it's going to be like to be a normal bmi and weight, but I am determined to find out
