Post surgical, my mom & I used Aloe Vera liquid.  It is a drink.  Mix it in your clear liquids and it helps your stoma*****isions heal.

World Market has a HUGE selection of sugar free flavored syrups.  They're supposed to be for coffee, but I use them for tea and other things as well.  Put a little coconut and chocolate in your tea and it tastes just like an Almond Joy without the calories!  You're going to do great!  I'm so happy for you!
