I've been out of town with no internet for the past 2 weeks with work and etc, and I have missed the accountability of this site! Ok, so here goes ...
B: bacon and decaf coffee
S1: Spaghetti Squash Carbonara (leftover from last nights dinner)
L: protein shake (gotta get the protein numbers back up again)
S2: cottage cheese

S3: String cheese
water: trying to get my level up

exercise: walking
Also, I weighed in when I got home and passed 50 lbs while I was gone so I'm pretty happy about that!

B- 4oz chocolate banana protein shake with skim plus
L- 2oz pureed tuna fish with some mayo and horseradish mustard
S- 4oz strawberry protein shake with FF Fairlife milk
D- 2oz Homemade ground chicken chili with kidney beans (pureed)
S- 4oz Chocolate Coconut protein shake with skim plus
Nooooooo Sweets for Halloween. I guess since I am brand new off the surgery train, I am sticking to my guns super hard and don't even want sugar at this point. (Plus im drinking sweet protein drinks 3 times a day, who the hell needs more sweets?? LOL)
Liquids and Vitamins... Check!
Exercise: going to walk to neighborhood with my little ones for Trick or Treating tonight. Probably about a mile or so in total.

Happy Halloween everyone! My condo complex doesn't get trick or treaters. On the plus side no candy laying around.
B: 1/4 cup plain oatmeal with about 8 raisins and 1/2 banana
s: 1.5 ounces deli ham with sargento ultra thin Colby jack cheese rolled up
L: 3ounces chicken
S: 6 Colby jack cheese cubes and 8 turkey pepperoni slices
D: turkey 3 bean chili with a teaspoon of light sour cream
S: orgain orgainic protein shake
water: half way there

exercise: just finished my 2 walk of the day.
