3: grilled burgers, sweet potato fries, aioli (should have made this yesterday)

It's basically homemade garlic mayonnaise.  Here's my recipe.

hi is protein pudding something you make or buy premade?

I have seen some sites carry it... But I make mine

1 package SugarFree banana pudding

2 cups milk (whatever you like to use, however almond milk doesn't firm up into pudding, it stays a liquid)

2 scoops of Isopure Zero Carb banana creme protein

12 2 oz shot glasses with lids

my fit pal (using almond milk) says each "shot" is 31 calories and 4g of protein

Can you have the protein? Because I do use almond milk, which isn't dairy.

I also have some vits I can't swallow so I cut the capsules and pour the powder into the pudding and drink it.

i can't have dairy, whey and almond milk has 1 gm protein, not worth it to me. If I could have dairy my journey would be so much easier and better results. I'll get it done, I didn't have surgury to be a failure. Have a great night.

There are other protein sources - you can get hemp, pea, and egg protein powders.  Then you can use almond milk to mix the powder in, since that's tastier than water.
