Just hang in.  The post-op liquid phases suck in a big way, but it'll pass!

Set the timer on your phone for 3 minutes.. Sip... Reset. 

I couldn't get my fluids in esp with pain meds (sooo sleeppyyyy) so timer reminded me :)

b: fat free strawberry greek yogurt mixed w/ 2 tbsp of granola 

s: sliced kiwi and grapes

l: lamb meatballs topped with a slice of melted cheddar cheese

s: piece of brie cheese and 3 gluten free crackers 

d: don't know yet maybe more meatballs and lentil soup

L: Chicken & Squash with Apples that I made the other night! (SOOOO good!)

D: Either Pork or Beef 'something" with quinoa

S: Protein Trail Mix & Apple for second snack

E: Walked for 50 mins so far (slow pace) will do more walking and want to get some bike in this evening

Depending on my protein for the day I may add a late snack of protein cocoa to warm and boost my protein. (I do best around 100 proteins)

Meal #1: tofu noodles and some beef stir fried.

Meal #2: LC lettuce sandwich

Meal #3: culvers burger, extra tomato, 1/2 GF bun

Meal #4: ?? Beef stew, maybe.

I need to figure out how to eat canned sardines.  Love them cooked from fresh, but the canned ones are sort of bleh for me.  It would be super convenient for fast protein at work that I can keep in my desk, whilst avoiding many of the tuna over-consumption issues.

I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!
