sore, I'm ready for this right about now .  So proud of myself, I took my water, salmon pouch then had lunch 1/2 burger, 1/c cup salad and then hot tea, I'm good til dinner. Yeah.

Tae Kwon Do this morning :-)

We worked on kicking combinations, which are sooo much fun, but totally make me sweat!
