Whatcha eating today? Thursday, 10/27/2016
Yes I do! I came across that on Pinterest about 2 weeks ago when I was searching post gastric bypass recipes. I usually do 1 egg with about 1 tablespoon of low fat cottage cheese. It actually tastes pretty good and makes the eggs more fluffy I think.

I used to always make poratoes, rice or noodles as a side to stretch dinner with 5 kids. I made some tonight and it was just gross. The kids won't hardly touch those things now. Now I just make a meat and a vegetable. I am limited on vegetables because my kids won't eat any vegetables besides broccoli, cabbage, squash, lima beans, green beans, raw carrots and any dried beans. They won't eat peas or corn which is probaby good because those are too starchy but I like those vegetables.
Was in university most of the day so mostly got lunch/snacks from home to eat through the day
