Sheesh. Today did not go the way I had intended.
Apparently the ultrasound of legs takes forever - almost 2 hours. I was not prepared and didn't eat lunch prior, so I almost passed out. Awesome. Afterward I ate some chips for the salt. Definitely not a regular part of my way of eating! Then I opted to not cook dinner, so I'm having some fajita meat from the local tex mex place.

S: 1/4 cup spiced and baked chick peas- yum
L: 3 slices turkey, 1 slice weigh****chers whole grain bread, 1/2 slice tomato,1/2 slice onion. 1/2 oz low fat cheese.
S: 4 oz premier shake
D: 2 oz cauliflower,2 oz hamburger with tomato and onion,2 oz squash
S: 8 oz premier shake
