Recovering from my EGD yesterday. Also I can finally be gluten free again! Thank goodness.
Meal #1: 2 eggs, maybe some bacon.
Meal #2: Low carb beef stew.
Meal #3: Unsure. Possibly some fish cooked in butter and garlic.
1-2 protein shakes to level out my protein if needed.
Lots of coffee.

I am hoping to start wrapping christmas presents to get a jump on christmas this year, doubtful, but we'll see.
Gwen, what protein shake do you have for breakfast? I'm like you, I don't want food in the morning but premier makes my stomach hurt. I need to try something else.
I find myself forgetting to serve my family drinks at dinner. The kids are always like "hello!". My husband still asks me what I want for dinner or what sides do I want with whatever meat he's cooking. I just stare at him until he's like "oh yeah, nevermind". LOL

I use Optimum Nutrition Double Rich Chocolate powder in unsweetened almond milk. It's a darker chocolate than all the others I tried, so it's not as sweet and I prefer that. Sometimes I do half and half with Syntrax Mint Chocolate Cookie. Yum.

I was having issues with the premier shakes also. I switched to Orgain Orgainic after getting a sample of it from there website. Love the chocolate flavored one.
Dang, no massage, I could use one of those right about now. Not much planned, still on that recovery bandwagon so just small walks for now. I'm guessing any day now I'll get that call to go to company medical & I hate dealing with those people.

water: I've honestly been lacking on the water lately. Only getting about 40ounces in.
