Sadly today is not massage day.  Instead it's "run around to errands all morning" day!  I've got pilates and physics and the dermatologist and a ton of errands whi*****lude picking up my DXA scan results and the cardiologist for an ultrasound of my leg veins.  Then, if I ever get home, I get to study study study since I've got an exam in Anatomy lecture tomorrow.  w00t!

1: protein shake
2: protein bar (not the lunch of champions)
3: grilled hamburgers, sweet potato fries, aioli (the fries are mainly for the guys, but I'm not going to pretend that I won't have a few!  And, crap, typing this reminds me that I didn't get any "fixins" for the burgers, so I'll need to try to remember to run to the store for buns, tomatoes, lettuce, and red onion.  Since I don't eat those things, I totally forgot when shopping.)

sometimes i feel like there's something I've forgotten and there are weeks that I stop at the supermarket every day on my way home from work.  There is nothing I hate more.  I try to be organized and plan my week's meals before I shop and even have a document with a table listing every aisle and what's in it, which I fill out before i shop.  still i forget things or the plan changes, lol.

B:  1/2 english muffin, egg, ham

L:  going out, who knows!

D:  i think shrimp with tomatoes

S:  I've been into navel oranges lately.... forgot how good they are because I couldn't eat them when I had the band

E:  walk for sure, even though it's collllldddd here

same breakfast eggs, then off to therapy, then grocery store. Seems like I'm so busy

I was curious about the walnuts so I looked. 3 oz of walnuts have a whopping 555 calories!  That's about 2/3 of my calorie target for the entire day. Are you logging your foods in MyFitnessPal?  Doing so might help you make better food choices!

wow thanks for the tip, now wonder scale isn't moving. out goes the walnuts and now I haven't used MFP. I better start. thank you. wow what an eye opener

what a day, went to see my allergist for test results.... confirmed, no dairy for me, as if my stomach didn't know and I needed to be retested. Oh well.

if you mix the protein with cold water into a paste, you can then add it to the coffee whiles its hot :) it doesnt cook the protein that way .

B egg whites ham and cheese omelet and sharp cheddar cheese bites 

L chicken salad,  baby carrots and yellow pepper 

D steak and cream corn 

S Greek yogurt,  apple and turkey sausage snack sticks 

W already had 50 oz so far. Never a problem
