Whatcha eating today? Wednesday, 10/26/2016
Sadly today is not massage day. Instead it's "run around to errands all morning" day! I've got pilates and physics and the dermatologist and a ton of errands whi*****lude picking up my DXA scan results and the cardiologist for an ultrasound of my leg veins. Then, if I ever get home, I get to study study study since I've got an exam in Anatomy lecture tomorrow. w00t!
1: protein shake
2: protein bar (not the lunch of champions)
3: grilled hamburgers, sweet potato fries, aioli (the fries are mainly for the guys, but I'm not going to pretend that I won't have a few! And, crap, typing this reminds me that I didn't get any "fixins" for the burgers, so I'll need to try to remember to run to the store for buns, tomatoes, lettuce, and red onion. Since I don't eat those things, I totally forgot when shopping.)

sometimes i feel like there's something I've forgotten and there are weeks that I stop at the supermarket every day on my way home from work. There is nothing I hate more. I try to be organized and plan my week's meals before I shop and even have a document with a table listing every aisle and what's in it, which I fill out before i shop. still i forget things or the plan changes, lol.

I was curious about the walnuts so I looked. 3 oz of walnuts have a whopping 555 calories! That's about 2/3 of my calorie target for the entire day. Are you logging your foods in MyFitnessPal? Doing so might help you make better food choices!
