VSG on 09/27/16

4 weeks down. I feel amazing. I had to cave and buy a few new shirts and pants 1 size down because the weight loss finally caught up with my wardrobe. So i went from a 22/24 in Lane Bryant to an 18/20. I am really excited as I am still doing so well getting in all of my protein and liquids mostly every single day. I will admit, some days i am just so full from drinking fluids that I can't bear to get another ounce down, but im usually at 64 ounces or over, so most days i am doing great! Thank you for all of the support from everyone on here and i'll check in soon!!!!!

I think they made security changes. It wants you to identify that you are not a robot and choose a picture out of group. The problem is after you do it, everything you typed is gone. I saw people complaining about it on the menu post.

Are you better with cool or warm liquids? Warm liquids have always been easiest for me. Even is summertime I drink hot fruity herbals from teavana! Makes it much easier to get my liquids in.
