B: Light N Fit Greek Yogurt
L: Leftover chicken & veggie stir fry
S: Turkey Jerky
D: Well now I want a gyro, so maybe a gyro salad :)
Water: on track
Vitamins: Work in progress
Exercise: 30 minute walk this morning, may do more later but today is my "off" day
I'll bite. I usually don't post my meals cuz for 1 they're boring & pretty much the same, plus I don't plan ahead of time. I have a good idea what I'll eat, but it'll likely change by the end of the day. So far it's looking like:
Breakfast eggs, cheese & bacon, b4 that is an orgain protein shake
Lunch Amylu chicken burger with quest protein bar/chips
Dinner Quest protein shake/tuna packet & Jarlsberg cheese
Snack skinny cow truffle bar, powdered pb
Water on track
Vitamins on track
Exercise sadly is on the back burner & its bugging the hell out of me, but I'm still recovering from my injuries.

I pretty much never know what I'm eating until I type my post here. I use it as my way to think about the day and what I've got in the fridge! (But I do meal plan dinners a week in advance, so I can grocery shop and cook.)

Struggling with food a bit today. I looked so forward to week 7 because if the food additions. Now, I am finding that the addition of dense protein is creating more issues than I imagined it would. But here is the plan
B - Hard boiled egg
S- Coffee w/ 1/2 Muscle Milk
L - Leftover Ground chuck patty w/a little low fat cheese
S - Hard boiled egg
D - Tuna/egg salad
S - Sugar free hot chocolate w/ 12 Muscle Milk
Is that too much? I am welcome to suggestions if so.

My plan is 3 meals a day with no snacks, so this would be a lot of food for me at 7 weeks post-op. I know what you mean about food additions, though, you never know how your body is going to react to a newly added food. Lots of people have issues with eggs immediately post-op, but I never did, thank goodness :)
If this is within your plan, and you're weighing portions, I'm sure it's okay. I, personally, wouldn't do low-fat cheese, since fat is important in our diets.

My plan is 3 meals with 3 snacks. I never finish any of it except the protein drinks which take me about an hour to drink.
So like when I say ground chuck patty with cheese I probably get like 2 ounces. I can pretty much finish an egg. But that is my max. LOL.
I don't understand the low fat cheese either but the NUT is very, very strict about low fat cheese and milk. The plan is spelled out very specifically until 9 weeks. I am trying hard to follow it and trust it :-). This week has been hard since I only lost like 6 ounces.
Thanks!
