S: 1.5 oz  peeled grapes

L: half English muffin ,2oz chicken breast, 1/2 oz low fat cheese, 1/2 slice tomato -grilled

S: Quest bar cookie- Thanks to Eggface

D: 1 c Home made pumpkin soup , 1 tbsp. unflavored protein powder, 2 rolled slices of turkey breast

S: 1 c protein shake

fluids are fine

vitamins are fine

S - 1/2 apple with 1 oz peanut butter

S - 1/2 protein bar

D - 3 oz chicken breast with 1 Tbsp each of refried beans, salsa and sour cream

W - good

V - done

E - walked (have over 11,000 steps)
