No clue about today.  I left the house at 9:15am and I won't be getting home until close to 8pm.  I don't know when I'll be able to eat since most of this time is in restricted-food places.  I've got a presentation tomorrow in my anatomy lecture and then a big, huge exam in lab (muscles and bones) so I'm feeling pretty overwhelmed at the moment.  I have a plan and a backup plan so that I can make good choices.  

1: protein shake
2: quest bar
3: wawa caesar wrap OR another quest bar OR chicken curry when I get home

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: rest day, back to running, etc tomorrow!

I'm still in pre-surgical stage, but today I'm having:

B: 2 Hard Boiled Eggs

L: Protein Bar of Some Sort

S: Protein Shake

D: Not sure on the protein yet, but with a fennel/apple salad on the side

S: Banana (if necessary)

Leaving town tomorrow! I can't wait! Tomorrow I have an appointment with a specialist to see what, if anything, is wrong with my kidneys. I'm excited to hopefully have a diagnosis so I can stop worrying. Then, we are off to Vegas for a convention! I get home from Vegas and head to a week long wilderness school in Jackson Hole for a week. That should be awesome. All meals are provided there so I'm a little worried about eating. We're going to be hiking up to 5 miles a day over some pretty steep terrain so I know I'll need lots of protein so I have enough energy.

B: a few bites of scrambled egg that my son didn't finish and some buffalo chicken dip 

L: leftover Mexican shredded beef and beans

D: leftover steak (trying to get the leftovers eaten since I'm going to be gone for 11 days)

Today is my son's birthday so I'm sure I'll have a small piece of his birthday chocolate pie.

V: forgot

W: behind but catching up

E: avoid exercise so I don't aggravate my ruptured ovary before we leave town

Since I am only 6 weeks out tomorrow, this may be a bit boring.

 

B-Protein shake

L-Lowfat string cheese and 3 saltines

S-Protein shake

D-lettuce, cheese, egg, sliced chicken -very small salad

Got lost and off the band wagon for too long. My goal is to be back and more active on here, and with myself in general.

S if I feel it ill have the other 1/2 of my shake warmed up for 'hot chocolate'

I'm home again from our long weekend in Boston.  It was wonderful - cannoli's in the north end, Pizza at Regina's.  Lots of wonderful food! But I also walked a lot, and only ate three meals a day so I hope I didn't do too bad.

Now its time to get back on track.  I am going to wait a few days before weighing myself again.

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch - buffalo chicken with spaghetti squash

Dinner - Dijon lime chicken

Snack - nuts if I can't resist.

liquids and vitamins - good

exercise - not so much

B: fat free greek vanilla yogurt mixed with 3 tbsp of granola 

S: small london fog w/ soy milk

L: 1 mini can of Clover leaf chilli thai tuna with 1 piece of light babybel cheese

S: 2 turkey pepperette sticks

L: 10 medium shrimps + 2 tbsp of eggplant tomato sauce thing my mom made
