What would you order here?
Ooh! For me, sushi menu all the way. Particularly, the abalone & scallop ceviche, no chips, and likely a cucumber salad with octopus. Yum!

I'd go for sushi, ask the chef if he can put the nigiri over cucumber matchsticks instead of rice! Salmon and crab are especially good that way.
I imagine I'd do that, plus try the "angry" edmame.

I could be dense, but....sashimi doesn't have rice? Probably not what you mean.
There is a place down the street from here that does a combo of lots of fish (tuna, salmon, scallop, yellowtail, crab) wrapped in cucumber. It's really good. Something like this (if the cucumber wrap doesn't make sense): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QS_R4ZEj7q0
I honestly always get good sashimi if/when I can. That with some miso soup, finish with fresh uni if they have it!
I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!
