I can't believe it's Thursday already.  I'm not prepared for the upcoming five days.  I've got a race on Saturday and it's going to be in the 40s at race start.  Yikes!  I forget how to dress for running in the 40s!  Then, on Tuesday, I have a group presentation for Anatomy Lecture AND the big exam on muscles and bones for Anatomy Lab.  I can't wait until Wednesday :P  I'll be spending most of my time between now and then studying.

1: protein shake
2: tuna pouch?
3: leftover pork tenderloin - I made this recipe last night and it was a hit!

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: just a long walk around campus this afternoon

How about you?

Are you hungry on this? I tried 800 to 900 and I was constantly starving. My doc wants me between 1200 and 1400. I dont loose weight above 1200 calories so I try to stay between 1000 and 1200. I am loosing 1 lb a week at this for the last month and I dont feel like I could eat my forearm ( or anybody elses's forearm.) I usually break up my meals every 2 to 3 hrs. I tried 3 meals a day and I had headaches and nausea.Usually its about 5 to 6 small meals.

Honestly, no, I'm rarely hungry.  I get hungry when it's time to eat, but I don't get hungry between meals.  There have been times post-op when I've gotten hungry, but I've taken a PPI for about 2 weeks during those times and then the hunger goes away - so I figure it's just acid.  I tend to stick to dense, filling things.  If I ate the carbs that you were eating, they would definitely trigger cravings for me.
