Jogging in place
I work in a cold section of a factory. Since I've lost weight it's much harder to stay warm. I work alone, so about every hour I do squats and march in place for about 10 min. Last night I got so cold it wasn't working. I started walking in place as fast as I could, then realized I was jogging in place. I haven't been able to do that for years. My left ankle would hurt so bad and swell if I even stepped down on it without being careful. I was a little worried it would hurt today, but it's great.
