Home from a lovely weekend with my mom and enjoying some much-needed relaxation!

1: protein shake
2: brunch at my mom's CCRC - holy crap.  I had smoked salmon with fried eggs and then I tried a few other things.  There was so much food.  I'm glad we tried the Sunday brunch out, but never doing that again.
3: meaty spaghetti sauce
4: popcorn for the debate - almost forgot to make it!

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: rest day

How about you?

I'm having a hard time getting into the exercise groove. So many people sat they love to exercise. I just want to get to the point I can tolerate it.

My method was to throw myself at as many things as possible and see what stuck.  So I started with walking a lot (which turned into running) and I tried zumba, pilates, yoga, tai chi, water aerobics, bhangra, les mills fitness classes (body pump, body flow, body attack, body combat), and a few other things that are slipping my mind.  Also weight lifting.

The best exercise is the same for everyone - the exercise you'll do.  And you're more likely to do the exercise you enjoy.  :)
