I did it!!!

Tuesday morning I had VSG!  Sore and irritable,but that's to be expected.

Looking forward to all this weight coming off! In the meantime I feel like a horse colicing. All this gas got me crazy!

tomrrow I get to start full liquids.  Scared but I think I'm ready!

Once my surgery was done it was such a relief. I stopped worrying about it and just followed instructions. Stay hydrated and you'll be great. Blessings

Good on you, it's a process from here but you've got this! Seriously try to keep moving, the gas is crazy painful if you can't get it moving and out. Mine was Oct 3rd and I'm still trying to figure out the best way to manage it all. I'm on the journey with you and we will each experience it a little differently.  Hope yours is a smooth ride to good health 

Yay for you!  How are you doing!  Today I actually went grocery shopping.  Feeling way better than I expected.  But soooo happy!

I'm doing ok and I'm delighted you are feeling so good. I'm having a struggle meeting my liquid goals today but keeping at it.
