Plateau...How do I break it one year out?

It usually always boils down to 1) more food intake or 2) more carbs or 3) both.  The best way to kick start it is to simply do what lost the weight in the first place - track everything, measure portions, don't eat excessive carbs, protein first.  I'm going through this exact same thing now.  

I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!
