I didn't get my popcorn last night for the debate. I remembered that I've got two temp crowns right now and that eating popcorn might not be the best idea. Sad times.

Good morning all,
I seem to be stuck at a higher weight than I like. Its frustrating.

exercise - still not happening

E - slacking this week. I wore myself out over the weekend in the country. My daughter rode a friends pony ALL DAY. The pony wouldn't go anywhere unless it was following me (on foot). So there i was walking or trotting across a field LOL. I'm sure I looked silly but I was happy to be able to do that for her! A couple of months ago there was no way!!!

- 1.5 tsp peanut butter and 1/2 slice low carb toast (I have to eat gluten for the endoscopy, ugh)
- 2 eggs, poached in broth.
- siggi mixed berry yogurt (4 ounces)
- 4 ounces of turkey kielbasa
If I'm hungry later I'll have a string cheese and/or some fish.
I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!
