I didn't get my popcorn last night for the debate.  I remembered that I've got two temp crowns right now and that eating popcorn might not be the best idea.  Sad times.  

1: protein shake
2: white chicken chili
3: sautéed chicken

liquids and vites: on track
exercise: pilates class

B:  oatmeal with sliced almonds

L:  chicken basil at thai restaurant

S:  pear

D:  chicken and vegetables (last week of the CSA, going away this weekend so I'm feeling the pressure to cook all the veg so they don't go bad  : /   )

 

I didn't have the popcorn either - ended up having some pistachios and a small serving of ice cream - my downfall!

E:  have been hitting my 10K steps lately every day :D

Good morning all,

I seem to be stuck at a higher weight than I like.  Its frustrating. 

breakfast - salmon

lunch - harvest chicken salad

dinner - chicken and broccoli casserole

snack - almonds

water and vitamins - good

exercise - still not happening

Dinner: Turkey meatballs and roasted kielbasa with onions (Playoff party. Let's go METS!)

Snack: Comte cheese and dry Italian sausage.

Water: Always on track! :)

Exercise: Walking a ton!

Mmmmm...popcorn. I quit buying it because I think that is the only food that I can't resist!

 

B - sausage patty, 2 pcs bacon

L - crack slaw

S - siggys yogurt

D - not sure, maybe some leftover crack slaw.

E - slacking this week. I wore myself out over the weekend in the country. My daughter rode a friends pony ALL DAY. The pony wouldn't go anywhere unless it was following me (on foot). So there i was walking or trotting across a field LOL. I'm sure I looked silly but I was happy to be able to do that for her! A couple of months ago there was no way!!!

E already got my walk in and will do walk away the pounds dvd since I didnt do it last night

  1. 1.5 tsp peanut butter and 1/2 slice low carb toast (I have to eat gluten for the endoscopy, ugh)
  2. 2 eggs, poached in broth.
  3. siggi mixed berry yogurt (4 ounces)
  4. 4 ounces of turkey kielbasa

If I'm hungry later I'll have a string cheese and/or some fish.  

I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!
