Whatcha eating today? Monday, 10/2/2016
No idea what today has in store. My partner is having heart surgery this morning (catheter ablation) and I've got to go to class. After class I'll be driving to the hospital and should be getting there before the procedure actually finishes. We don't know yet whether he'll have an overnight stay or be coming home, but either way I'm sure I'll be finding dinner at the hospital.
1: protein shake
2: wawa chicken caesar wrap
3: whatever I can forage at the hospital (I've had luck with prepared deli sandwiches and just eating the meat and cheese.)
liquid and vites: on track and hope to remain so
exercise: 30 minutes yoga for back pain - got to keep my back happy in preparation for lots of sitting
How about you?

On a side note, Cappy, I made up the recipe for your crockpot balsamic vinegar chicken. I plan on pouring it over chicken breasts tomorrow. I just mixed all the spices together so I can pour it in the crockpot in the a.m. The sauce tastes good. I cant wait till it is cooked tomorrow in the crock pot.
