I need to restart my morning protein shake. I made it today in advance so I didn't forget and I left it at home on the counter, of course
LC "sandwich" (3oz meat, 1/2 oz cheese in a lettuce wrap (myfitnesspal says 200 calories, but that sounds low? maybe not)
Siggi yogurt, 4 ounces (140)
Turkey kielbasa 4 ounces (180 calories)
Still need about 20g of protein. I guess I'll be making a new shake when I get home. At least I won't leave it on the counter. >.>
I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!

Today was a good day.
Breakfast - chicken in spicy peanut sauce
Lunch - orange chicken with spinach
Dinner - chicken in pesto sauce
vitamins and water - on track
exercise - not so much...
I'm so pleased that I've been able to stay on plan again. its always so hard to get back on track. I really don't want to give in and accept a higher weight.
