I was the victim of a ninja Food Assault this morning. My friend and I had mani-pedis at our favorite salon. My friend and her manicurist have been buds for years, so what does she bring my friend today? A dish of homemade, freshly steamed pork dumplings still warm from the steamer. She is Chinese, so they were the real deal. Both of them pressed me to try one, and, partly not to be rude, and partly because the dumplings smelled heavenly, I ate one. It was g-o-o-o-o-d. About 100 calories. Fortunately, I have the rest of the day to compensate for the extra calories, so I'll stay within my calorie range.
- Coffee w/cashew milk. A ninja pork dumpling.
- Bowl of chicken/sausage/vegetable soup ala psychoticparrot
- Same as lunch
- Snacks: None, to compensate for the dumpling. I also slapped on a vitamin patch to avoid taking in the calories that come with my vitamin/mineral gummies.

Egg White Fritta with Snap Peas, mushrooms, and kale with a little guac and trader joes salsa verde (premade in small glass containers ready to go...thank you Frisco)
snack: 1 TBL sunflower seeds
Chicken breast (baked with lemon and wine) and microwaved spinach
Snack: 5 walnuts
Steak slices, microwaved snap peas...yum
Goals: get in my fluids...this is my struggle. I'm going to make a midday tea today and 1 cup of water before going to bed
