Today is day 3 preop, so 3x shakes, 1/2 punnet strawberries, cucumber chips in home made salsa, oven roasted veggies, home made French onion soup for afternoon tea, with more veggies and pulled pork for dinner!
It was my first day on preop at work, managed it pretty well, kept busy. Still eearly days, 3 weeks to surgery!

Just another manic monday...
- 2 ham and spinach egg bites (think crustless quiche baked in mini muffin tins)
- 3oz trader joe's reduced guilt chicken salad
- 1oz english cheddar with truffles cheese, bag of quest protein chips
- chicken burger, maybe a couple of green beans, if room
Fluids and vites: on track
Exercise: yoga
I wasn't ready for Monday. We had such a wonderful weekend in Jackson Hole, but there was no time for relaxing. This coming weekend is a stay home one, thank goodness. It is my last weekend at home until November so I'm going to take advantage of it!
B: two reduced fat Sargento cheese sticks and 6 crackers
L: leftover steak and garlic mashed potatoes
D: pot roast. I'll probably make some gravy and mashed potatoes too. I'll see what my carb count is to decide how much to eat.
S: my goal is no snacks today.
V: I forgot this morning, it was too hectic.

E: Not much. Going to be about 106 today. No walking for me. Probably will work with my weights a little in the A/C at home though.

I'm still hanging in there, avoiding the carbs and trying to cut the calories. But still no movement on the scale.

lunch - thai chicken in peanut sauce
dinner - pizza casserole
snack - hamburger with cheese
water and vitamins - on track
exercise - still not inspired...
