4 1/2 month check up. Can't believe it

just got off my first stall. It lasted 3 weeks. I was beginning to wonder if it would end. I saw my surgeon today. He hasn't seen me since month 1. I've seen his assistant for other visits. He looked at my chart, looked at me, and I thought he was going to say something about not losing  this month. Turns out I lost 9 lbs putting my total to 94 lbs in just 4 1/2 months!! AND......I HIT ONEDERLAND!! 195 lbs. I don't even comprehend that. He said I was at the point of where a year patient would be and to keep doing was I was doing.

I still go for plus sizes first then realize they don't fit. I was at a thrift store afterwards. I bought a size 16 pant thinking that will be my goal next time. They already fit...loosely. I am finely in control of my life for the first time in many years. Wow. I feel so great. Follow your doctors orders, track every bite, get in your protein and water and it will all fall in place,  even when you have stalls.  Just to be clear, I roll out of bed and walk a minimum of 3 miles 7 days a week.
